I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland. My approach to therapy is responsive to you as an individual rather than built around a one-size-fits-all method. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches while creating a space grounded in empathy, authenticity, curiosity, and respect.

I believe people have the capacity to change, grow, and develop new ways of understanding themselves and the challenges they face. Therapy isn’t about telling you who you should be. It’s about working together to better understand where you are, what matters to you, and where you would like to go from here.
